What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Support supplier research and evaluation processes
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for procurement leadership
- Monitor purchase orders, contract documentation, and compliance checks
- Update procurement databases and supplier records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); PowerPoint experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Coursework or experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Netsuite, Coupa)
- Basic knowledge of sourcing, contracts, or vendor management
