      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide IT support for assigned clinical applications and participate in both operational and project-based work
      - Troubleshoot user issues and conduct end-user training
      - Develop system and programming specifications that align with user and organizational needs
      - Build, maintain, and optimize Epic oncology and infusion center workflows
      - Participate in system testing, upgrades, and reporting activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience
      - Associate Degree
      - IT specific certification in various areas
      - Ability to understand and follow change control documentation and governance processes
      - Strong skills in system design, documentation, and user engagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in Willow Inpatient, EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Beacon Oncology, and Epic Genomics
      - Experience working with third-party vendors on technical requests and enhancements
      - Familiarity with high-cost drug charging and revenue cycle tasks
