What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Walk clients through diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve errors
- Communicate with vendors to request service, update, and resolve open tickets
- Perform maintenance tasks on end-user devices, including setup and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and network equipment
- Provide ongoing user training and self-fix solutions to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven time management skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- 1-2 years of tech support experience and 1-2 years of customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and Apple OS
- Experience with Tier 1 troubleshooting and configuration
