  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Maintain and secure the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance of systems and networks
  - Provide help desk troubleshooting and end-user client services desktop support
  - Oversee outsourced service delivery and manage incidents related to the IT infrastructure
  - Conduct incident response for Information Security alerts and perform vendor due diligence
  - Create and maintain information security policies and manage training programs for staff
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is strongly preferred
  - Minimum of five years of related technology infrastructure experience
  - At least two years of experience supporting a Microsoft Azure and M365 based user environment
  - Fundamental understanding of Information Security and Cyber Security concepts
  - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with cloud PaaS and SaaS technologies, particularly Azure
  - Familiarity with network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP
  - Previous experience in financial services, banking, or credit union institutions
  - Experience with SIEM investigations and KQL
  - Demonstrated experience managing and implementing Infrastructure projects
