What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data analysis and reporting tasks to support business decisions
- Contribute to reports and dashboards to monitor project progress and performance metrics
- Support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements with mentorship
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of clear and comprehensive technical documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- Must be a rising junior or senior ideally graduating within 1-2 semesters
- Practical knowledge of IT applications and platforms
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Experience in crafting and maintaining technical documentation
