      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound calls in the Support Call phone queue, addressing issues and requests or routing them as necessary
      - Field incoming help requests from clients via phone, email, and ITSM ticketing system, generating and updating tickets as needed
      - Provide technical support for end-user issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
      - Manage and support user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, handling access requests and onboarding/offboarding tasks
      - Review and triage monitoring event alarms, deciding on actions or routing to appropriate ticket queues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years in a support role within a Managed Services Provider
      - Current or past experience working 3rd shift (8pm-5am)
      - Experience supporting and deploying virtual desktop instances and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
      - Strong knowledge of Windows AD, DHCP, and DNS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in information technology or a related field
      - Experience with Veeam backups (or equivalent) and familiarity with Office 365, GPOs, VOIP, and Cisco/Sophos/SonicWall network hardware
      - VCTA/VCP certifications or CCNA certification
      - Interest in Cloud Engineering and its impact on business practices
      - Experience with event monitoring and response, especially with NinjaOne RMM
