      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Format materials in collaboration with researchers, communications specialists, and subject matter experts
      - Apply client-specific branding guidelines and standards to the creation of communications products
      - Assist in the development of presentations, e-blasts, fact sheets, reports, and more
      - Assist the Graphic Designer in creating graphics, illustrations, and infographics
      - Utilize video and motion design skills for visual content creation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree in communications, graphic design, or related field
      - One year of experience in an academic, volunteer, or professional organization
      - Communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential
      - Specialized computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
      - Fluency in spoken and written English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in video and motion design
      - Project management experience
