      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) for Avaya telephony systems, including user provisioning and feature updates
      - Assist with configuration updates and basic administration within Avaya voice platforms
      - Support user requests and service tickets related to telecom services
      - Update and maintain telecom documentation and system records
      - Coordinate with IT teams and end users for phone moves, installations, and configuration changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exposure to Avaya telephony systems or enterprise voice platforms
      - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      - Ability to follow documented technical processes and procedures
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Basic understanding of IT or telecommunications concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting IT service tickets or help desk environments
      - Basic understanding of VoIP, telecom infrastructure, or unified communications systems
      - Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
      - Technical certifications or coursework related to IT, networking, or telecommunications
