What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with researchers to provide data analysis and visualizations for policy projects
- Conduct analysis on topics including taxes, education, energy, and healthcare
- Participate in a two-day in-person summit and virtual programming for professional development
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data reporting and visualizations
- Support the mission of the organization by contributing to research papers and policy briefings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be available every other Thursday from 1-4 PM ET for virtual training
- Authorization to work in the U.S. throughout the duration of the internship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data analysis or a related field
- Familiarity with public policy or non-profit organizations
- Strong communication skills for presenting data findings
