      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a territory business plan to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth
      - Conduct sales meetings and presentations to laboratory decision-makers
      - Provide accurate sales forecasts and business reviews to commercial leadership
      - Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value and business opportunities
      - Maintain customer records and information through Salesforce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of two years of sales or lab experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industry
      - Strong communication and negotiating skills
      - Proven ability to connect with others and demonstrate goal-oriented behavior
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in diagnostics, life sciences, or laboratory equipment sales or service
      - Familiarity with clinical literature and understanding of laboratory operations
      - Self-starting attitude with a strong sales acumen
      - Honesty and reliability with a growth-oriented mindset
      - Experience with in-person client interactions and territory management
