What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing library operations and supervising student staff
- Assist patrons in navigating resources and identifying service improvement areas
- Manage circulation services and perform collection maintenance tasks
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment for library patrons and staff
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Access Services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand or move for over 2 hours a day
- Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize workload

- Experience working in a library setting
- Experience leading teams or projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple locations
