What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide confidential non-medical counseling services to military members and their families
- Assess immediate risk and biopsychosocial needs of participants
- Make appropriate referrals for resources and treatment
- Utilize clinical expertise and best practices in counseling sessions
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility in work processes to meet the needs of military members worldwide

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Current, valid, unrestricted counseling license/certification from the state of Washington
- Master's degree or PhD in a mental health-related field
- Minimum 4 years of post-masters clinical experience
- Knowledge and experience with Employee Assistance Programs (CEAP certification optional)
