      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong communication networks with distributors, engineers, and municipalities
      - Execute pricing strategies for assigned accounts to ensure profitability
      - Submit weekly reports on market conditions to management
      - Troubleshoot product issues in the field and via phone
      - Prepare price quotations based on market conditions and material knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of five years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the waterworks industry
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Must be self-motivated and able to negotiate and close deals
      - Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of McWane Sales Trainee program
      - Mechanical aptitude to breakdown and understand complex mechanical products
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations
      - Experience in a field sales role with significant travel
