      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strategy and execute tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
      - Establish and foster strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups
      - Collaborate with regional colleagues and other teams to proactively address customer needs
      - Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand objectives
      - Engage in initiatives to promote sales success through industry-related congresses and medical conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
      - At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
      - Minimum of 2 years selling in the Immunology market or a similar biologic specialty market
      - Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets
      - Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications
      - Experience in the Dermatology field
      - Strong knowledge of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
      - Competitive spirit and a proactive approach to sales
