      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop expert software and applications skills to support laboratory automation systems
      - Execute implementation processes that create reference level customers
      - Communicate complex concepts effectively to both internal and external customers
      - Provide advanced applications and workflow troubleshooting, both on-site and via remote support
      - Utilize mentoring and training abilities to transfer vital system knowledge and operational skills to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Medical, Biological Sciences, Engineering, or related technical field with 3+ years relevant industry or military experience; or Associate's Degree with 5+ years relevant experience
      - Operational experience with diagnostics laboratory instrumentation
      - Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across customer accounts and business functions
      - Proven customer-facing interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
      - Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in diagnostics laboratory automation applications
      - Strong computer skills, including MS Office, knowledge of network/LIS communication, and troubleshooting skills
      - Experience with mentoring and training others in technical environments
