What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new clients using existing relationships, lead technology tools, and social media
- Develop and submit business proposals tailored to prospective clients
- Present proposed solutions through video meetings or in-person presentations
- Manage complex negotiations with large corporate partners and successfully close deals
- Achieve the company's expected sales targets for new business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of selling security personnel services or similar managed services
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated success in new business development
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Ability to travel domestically as needed

- Strong networking abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
