      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee microwave, property management, transport, and leasing projects to ensure timely completion
      - Track vendor performance and maintain updated project trackers in compliance with leasing and regulatory policies
      - Manage project budgets and participate in deployment calls with vendors and project teams
      - Negotiate lease renewals and prepare necessary documentation for smooth project routing
      - Collaborate with finance to set up project numbers, funding, and purchase orders for upcoming projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in legal, contract management, or project management
      - Strong knowledge of land use, zoning procedures, and real estate acquisition
      - Familiarity with local and regional zoning, planning, and environmental standards
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Proficiency in reading and interpreting contracts and legal documents
