      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exceed sales targets and drive brand awareness through customer engagement and product demonstrations
      - Educate and train beauty advisors to enhance brand expertise and customer interactions
      - Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability for customers
      - Build and nurture strong relationships with in-store teams and leadership
      - Report on sales metrics and provide insights on competitive performance post-store visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Prestige Beauty, specifically at Sephora or Ulta
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving results
      - Exceptional communication and organizational skills
      - Flexibility in work hours to accommodate peak shopping times and promotional events
      - Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

      - Experience in managing store events and promotions
      - Strong understanding of skincare products and customer service excellence
