      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and implement monthly and ad-hoc analytics and processes to assess Key Performance Metrics
      - Create and review data assessment methodologies to streamline customer data management processes
      - Assist in the creation of educational content for members to support technology adoption
      - Support the development of new process innovations related to customer implementations of Workforce Management technology
      - Assist with ad hoc processes/projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship
      - 0 or more years of applicable work experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SQL and familiarity with advanced analytical tools (such as SAS or R) or business intelligence tools (such as Google Cloud, QlikView, Tableau, Domo, etc.)
      - High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
