      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide resolution to client issues requiring in-depth knowledge of technology, platform, products, and processes
      - Interact with trading partners and direct-connect payers to facilitate the resolution of client issues
      - Support the development of client support documentation as needed
      - Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between Operations, Customers, and the employer's Development team
      - Train first-level support representatives to facilitate rapid resolution of client issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Services Representative, with a focus on technical skills
      - Experience with ANSI transactions and ability to read ANSI guides
      - Experience supporting EDI/X12 transactions
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Essentials Pro
      - Additional technical certifications or training in healthcare technology
