What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and expand a defined sales territory by developing strong relationships with veterinary surgeons, clinic owners, and staff
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for clients
- Provide in-surgery support and technical guidance on product usage
- Represent the employer at industry trade shows, veterinary events, and training workshops
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of documented, top-tier outside sales experience
- Proven "hunter" mentality with a track record of breaking into new accounts
- Ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with highly-educated customers (surgeons, practice owners)
- Comfort attending labs and supporting live surgeries
- Residency within the designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical device, veterinary, or surgical sales is a plus but not required
- Strong passion for animal health and a commitment to improving pet outcomes
