      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize financial performance by expanding service contracts in the assigned territory
      - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify sales opportunities
      - Grow and manage an effective sales pipeline using SalesForce.com
      - Establish new accounts while increasing sales volume in compliance with company policies
      - Collaborate with marketing to drive lead management and enhance company brand recognition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 4+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in municipal or water distribution
      - Thorough knowledge of consultative/value-based selling practices
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of water distribution systems, including valves, hydrants, and hydraulic systems
      - Experience in presenting educational seminars to groups of 20-40 people
      - Strong teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and GIS applications
      - Proven negotiation and influencing skills
