      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute and manage projects supporting pricing insurance business utilizing accepted actuarial and statistical standards
      - Perform complex analysis using actuarial, statistical, and predictive modeling techniques
      - Communicate actuarial/modeling techniques and results to management and non-technical users
      - Ensure quality of data used for actuarial and statistical services
      - Leverage understanding of the insurance business to create effective business strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in actuarial science, math/applied math, or statistics/applied statistics
      - 3-5 years of property and casualty pricing/modeling experience
      - Pursuing actuarial designation
      - Advanced knowledge in a variety of tools, data sources, and applications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in modifying and building predictive models
      - Ability to code in one or more programming languages
      - High-level project management skills to handle multiple projects of moderate complexity
      - Experience in risk management and insurance regulations
