What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive through assigned new construction residential neighborhoods
- Visually identify lot status: occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
- Mark findings on provided site maps
- Track mileage and time
- Return completed folders to your managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility
- A brief background check (criminal and driving records) is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mapping software or GPS navigation
