      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales efforts and results for Inovalon’s Performance-based Partner referral partners through regular touchpoints and meetings
      - Grow partner revenues by implementing the Inovalon Partner Engagement Program
      - Develop and execute strategic customer account plans to meet partner standards
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on performance objectives and revenue goals
      - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Inovalon’s product suite and support partners in promoting services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales channel development and/or account management experience in healthcare EDI services
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate a matrix environment
      - Excellent negotiation, management, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
      - Bachelor's degree in sales management or related field, or equivalent experience

      - Experience selling to executive-level buyer personas within healthcare services
      - Proficiency in strategic selling principles and tools
