      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess and investigate beneficiary grievances, working to resolve conflicts between patients and dialysis facilities
      - Provide technical assistance to beneficiaries and providers regarding Conditions for Coverage (CfC) and grievance procedures
      - Manage incoming calls from beneficiaries, family members, and providers with inquiries or grievances
      - Facilitate the grievance process and ensure all contacts are documented in compliance with CMS standards
      - Assist in the development and distribution of educational resources for beneficiaries and providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in social work (MSW) is required
      - Social Work Licensure preferred (e.g., LSW or LCSW)
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products and contact management systems
      - Experience in conflict resolution and crisis management
      - Knowledge of Nephrology, End Stage Renal Disease, or dialysis preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Case Management experience preferred
      - Experience managing difficult, ethical, and emotional consumer situations
