What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from a distraction-free private office space
- Speak with callers over the phone to connect with individuals in need
- Build rapport and engage clients effectively
- Provide resources and information needed for callers
- Remain calm and professional while multitasking to support callers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
- Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
- Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to work holidays and weekends, with a primary schedule from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Mountain Time (MT)

- Previous experience in a peer support or crisis intervention role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with mental health resources and support services
- Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
