      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop detailed pricing models for government and commercial BPO programs, including direct labor, indirect costs, overhead, and non-labor expenses
      - Support proposal pricing for federal solicitations, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and internal policies
      - Collaborate with various departments, including Business Development, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Contracts, to validate pricing assumptions and compliance
      - Analyze historical performance data and cost trends to support defensible pricing strategies
      - Maintain and enhance pricing tools, templates, and Excel-based financial models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and large data set analysis
      - Experience in pricing labor-intensive service contracts
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
      - Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with federal government pricing, including cost-plus, T&M, fixed-price, and IDIQ contracts
      - Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and cost realism requirements
      - Experience pricing BPO programs or healthcare services
      - Collaboration experience with HR on compensation benchmarking and benefits modeling
      - Familiarity with proposal development cycles and pricing review boards
