What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Product Manager in executing and delivering on product roadmap commitments
- Elicit complete business and functional requirements from various stakeholders and SMEs
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, including product features and integrations
- Document requirements in the form of User Stories to create a shared understanding with Engineering teams
- Perform functional testing to ensure delivery of quality software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- Experience in product analysis or a related field
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior Risk Management and/or P&C Insurance experience strongly preferred
