What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration programs, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
- Manage multiple interrelated projects under a single program, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals
- Partner with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams to migrate on-premise systems to cloud platforms
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables; provide regular progress updates to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in program and project management with a focus on cloud migration (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
- Strong background in leading large-scale technology initiatives
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud best practices, security, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with vendor and system integrator management
- Background in change management, training, and adoption activities related to cloud transformation
