      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project planning, including scope, schedule, and resource management for Cyber Tools within the Grid Data Center
      - Coordinate resource planning with supporting organizations to ensure project milestones are met
      - Develop detailed project plans and manage the project life cycle from planning to deployment
      - Produce timely project updates and presentations for stakeholders and management
      - Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID) logs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects and programs
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in successful project implementation against scope, schedule, and budget
      - Proficiency in building reports and analyzing data using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, or other databases
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and improve processes
      - Ability to work effectively in a high-performing, ambiguous, and agile environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of NERC-CIP standards
