What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple security projects
- Maintain governance, RAID logs, metrics, and executive reporting
- Coordinate across IT/OT teams, ensuring minimal operational disruption
- Manage dependencies across domains including IAM, data security, network, and vulnerability management
- Support change management, compliance tracking, and evidence collection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience with multi-workstream delivery
- Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP/PgMP certification required; CSM/SAFe preferred; CISSP/CISM a plus
- Experience with cybersecurity and IT/OT environments
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow
