What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide full-time project and program management oversight for all work performed under the Task Order
- Ensure compliance with Task Order requirements, performance standards, and quality control measures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government during normal hours of operation
- Monitor Task Order execution to identify risks, performance issues, or execution challenges
- Oversee staff performance, training, and coordination to ensure consistent service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in military and family readiness
- Minimum 3-5 years of program management experience
- Strong understanding of NG Military and Family Readiness programs and related initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Forms, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and be able to drive a rental car
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Task Order-based contract execution, including quality control and compliance monitoring
- Experience in staff training and management within military and family readiness contexts
