      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or transfer their existing contract to the employer
      - Utilize cold calling skills and effective follow-up techniques
      - Build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with sales staff
      - Achieve benchmark goals and quotas
      - Collaborate efficiently as a team member while working independently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional verbal communication skills
      - Self-motivated and energetic with the ability to work productively without supervision
      - Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets
      - Experience in the Medicare & Health Insurance industry is preferred
      - Ability to effectively communicate and utilize interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in recruiting or sales, particularly within the insurance sector
      - Familiarity with the Medicare and Health Insurance landscape
      - Proven track record of achieving sales goals or quotas
