What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and oversight for new apparatus sales within designated regions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve booking volume and margin targets
- Maintain high-level contact with key customer accounts to promote products and services
- Supervise sales managers and engineers, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience selling customized turbo-machinery products
- Proven leadership and management skills, including strong communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of business practices related to the hydrocarbon processing and oil & gas industries
- Varied global experience in sales and marketing, particularly in rotating equipment machinery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a regional-based selling organization
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales opportunities
- Background in risk management within sales operations
- Involvement in promotional events such as trade shows and technical presentations
