      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement effective coaching and development strategies for Account Executives
      - Collaborate with the executive team to establish performance metrics
      - Coordinate involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet performance objectives
      - Champion and embed the employer’s cultural principles across global offices
      - Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive and high-performing sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience supervising an enterprise sales team in a management capacity
      - Proven track record in training, motivating, and leading enterprise sales teams
      - Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and accurate forecasting methodology
      - 8+ years of technology sales experience
      - 5+ years of experience in sales supervision or as a high-achieving individual contributor in Enterprise SaaS sales
