What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with distributors to develop plans that meet annual targets
- Maintain consistent contact with key accounts and manage execution across the region
- Conduct monthly meetings with distributor stakeholders to achieve goals
- Train and develop direct reports while overseeing consumer and trade events
- Monitor and recap all programs to evaluate effectiveness and budget accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for spirits and craft production
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in planning sales activities on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- A self-disciplined and flexible self-starter, willing to work outside normal business hours
- Proven track record in achieving sales and brand goals
