      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the end-to-end preparation, review, and timely filing of postmarket reporting submissions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize submission materials and ensure compliance with U.S. federal regulatory obligations
      - Manage complex regulatory timelines and ensure stakeholders meet milestones for federal filings
      - Assess potential regulatory risks related to advertising, promotion, labeling, and operations
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements applicable to tobacco product marketing and advertising

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 4-7+ years of relevant experience OR Master's or Law degree and at least 3 years of progressively increasing responsibilities and relevant experience
      - Experience in U.S. Regulatory Affairs, preferably with tobacco or nicotine-containing products
      - Working knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations and industry standards for promotional review and compliance
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - High level of attention to detail, well-organized, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in regulatory marketing compliance
      - Familiarity with global marketing requirements for tobacco and nicotine-containing products
      - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
