What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Meet personal and team sales targets while adhering to company policies
- Follow communication guidelines and take proactive steps to engage customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in typing and familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office
