      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Solicit and develop relationships with accounts within the assigned market segment to boost hotel revenues
      - Conduct professional site inspections for clients, highlighting key property features
      - Generate new business leads through proactive sales efforts and database research
      - Monitor production of top accounts and evaluate market trends
      - Prepare reports and provide updates on account performance as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of progressive hotel group sales experience
      - Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state
      - Proficiency in Windows and company-approved spreadsheet and word processing software
      - Ability to travel as required for the role
      - Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally

      - Experience in managing and negotiating successful sales transactions

      - Familiarity with computerized sales management systems
