      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Quote, sell, and service Property & Casualty and Personal Lines insurance policies
      - Handle inbound and outbound insurance sales calls
      - Provide consultative insurance solutions based on customer needs
      - Explain coverage options, premiums, and payment plans to clients
      - Maintain active insurance licensing and compliance while meeting productivity goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Property & Casualty and/or Personal Lines insurance license
      - Experience in insurance sales, inside sales, or insurance call center roles
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
      - Ability to work remotely while meeting productivity goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-volume sales environments
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Familiarity with multiple insurance systems
      - Previous experience in consultative selling
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
