What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively build knowledge of the industry and market landscape to support candidate identification efforts
- Conduct detailed market and competitive analyses, providing insights on target companies and key executives
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Client Partners to define candidate profiles and lead candidate sourcing efforts
- Assist in preparing essential search documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Maintain database accuracy by updating search information and adhering to best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level position with 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting, executive search, or professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced studies in competitive intelligence or knowledge management is a plus
- Effective writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Internet research and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruiting and/or executive search is preferred
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and attention to detail in research efforts
