What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the design of retrospective, cross-sectional, and prospective studies for review by the Principal Investigator
- Co-author project proposals and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery for senior staff review
- Synthesize contributions from multiple team members into coherent and meaningful deliverables
- Develop initial drafts of project budgets and other business development-related materials
- Provide scientific and financial project coordination, monitoring project scope and progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD or MSc with significant related experience
- Applied experience in quantitative methods in epidemiology with a focus on data analysis using real-world observational data
- Good understanding of relevant methodology and statistics
- Previous experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Stata, R) and MS Office software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with European databases preferred
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and presentation of findings
- Ability to derive and refine research questions and recommendations relevant to client objectives
- Familiarity with strategic thinking around demonstrating product value
- Experience in addressing scientific and operational challenges
