      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S.
      - Respond to inquiries, ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested
      - Accurately enter reservation and guest details into Property Management Systems
      - Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to guests
      - Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous reservations sales experience is preferred
      - Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred
      - Strong sales focus with the ability to connect genuinely with customers
      - Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
      - Attention to detail and a professional demeanor are essential
