What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Measure team performance and generate insights across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services
- Ensure sales methodologies are fully operationalized and establish best practices around prospecting and deal qualification
- Manage the go-to-market tech stack and develop processes to improve data accuracy across platforms
- Support commercial operations and planning efforts, including business reviews and pipeline reviews
- Calculate commissions and bonuses for commercial teams and assist in the design of compensation plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience supporting pre and post-sale Commercial teams
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing and optimizing CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing or migrating CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with the medical device/technology industry
- Experience with Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) tools
- Proficiency with commission automation platforms
- Background in a customer-facing role such as sales or customer success
