What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct focused cybersecurity risk assessments of business processes, services, and technologies
- Communicate risk assessment findings to the InfoSec team and relevant business counterparts
- Provide consultative advice to governance or security teams for informed risk mitigation decisions
- Identify control deficiencies and maintain records of deficiency details and management responses
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity regulations and compliance obligations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Approximately 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in information risk analysis or IT audit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and SSAE 18/SOC audits
- Relevant security or security audit and compliance certifications (e.g., Security+, CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
