      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the successful integration of the HUGO™ RAS-system into hospitals, including program goal development and stakeholder engagement
      - Develop and coordinate training plans for surgeons and hospital staff
      - Attend surgical cases to support technology adoption and ensure effective learning experiences
      - Utilize change management techniques to foster buy-in from clinical stakeholders
      - Collaborate with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms for robotic surgeries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum; preferably a Master’s Degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment or with robotic products/procedures
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory (>75%)
      - Strong understanding of operating rooms and surgical procedures
      - Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

      - Familiarity with hospital workflows and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments
      - Experience in change management and process optimization
      - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and research skills
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
      - Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation through implementation and results delivery
