What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate an agile development team using the principles of the Scrum Framework
- Lead teams through timeboxed iterations (sprints) and track progress via stand-up meetings
- Make decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations with minimal direction
- Ensure alignment with department, segment, and organizational strategies
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to deliver project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or Agile methodologies
- 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 5+ years of experience in a large, matrixed organization focused on improving consumer experiences
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate leadership competencies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in insurance operations
- Technical documentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
- Scrum Master certification
- Prior experience in the health solutions industry
