      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate and manage outbound email and phone campaigns to generate leads
      - Develop and implement social media strategies and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
      - Coordinate swag mailers and account management activities
      - Maintain and manage the sales pipeline while executing the employer's prospecting process with excellence
      - Foster and maintain multiple client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior sales experience, preferably in a technical sales environment
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
      - Proven track record of action-oriented behavior and driving results
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively
