What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of fulfilling daily, weekly, and monthly quotas
- Schedule 4-6 new meetings per week with potential customers
- Utilize tools and follow outlined processes to advance the sales process
- Maintain detailed notes on calls and update information in the customer relationship management software
- Provide strong customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor while communicating
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with a variety of prospective customers
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor
- Strong active listening skills and ability to engage in rebuttal tactics
- Must be able to accept constructive feedback and improve appointment-setting techniques
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in working with or selling to dealerships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
